The Tweco® Robotic Tapered Contact Tip with flats is designed to accommodate 0.045" wire and is perfect for heavy duty welding applications up to 600 A. With its excellent electrical properties, this contact tip ensures optimal performance. It is easy to identify with its part number and wire diameter marked on it. This 1 1/2" contact tip has a M8 X 1.25-6g thread size, a 0.051" nominal ID, and a 0.375" OD. Made from chrome zirconium 1815 alloy, it is machined from high-quality chrome zirconium copper tubing, providing a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface with a tolerance of +/-0.003". Its threaded style guarantees a secure connection with a gas diffuser when installed to the MIG gun. This contact tip is harder than standard copper alloy materials, resulting in increased wear resistance and longer tip life. Offering substantial performance advantages over conventional contact tips, it is sold in packs of 25. With its flats, it is easy to handle and use.
