5. The title to the equipment including all tanks, heaters, and connectors shall be and remain the property of the Seller.
6. The customer agrees to pay the seller at seller?s current published rental rates for the use of the 420lb propane tanks.
7. The Customer shall maintain liability, theft, fire and other insurance required to indemnify the Seller, its employees and/or agents against any loss to or of the equipment or any injury to any persons, resulting from the operation, handling or transportation of the equipment.
8. Propane terms are Net 15 days.
