The Tweco® Eliminator® Series Standard Duty Contact Tip is specifically designed for use with 250 - 650 A Tweco® Eliminator® MIG guns. This contact tip, which can accommodate 0.045" wire, comes in a pack of 25. Its patented, extended life consumables are engineered for Eliminator® style MIG guns, enhancing conductivity resistance properties and extending tip life. The contact tip is machined from a copper alloy tubing, ensuring a consistent and smooth inside diameter surface. It locks in place with a simple twist, eliminating the need for threads. The increased surface contact between the contact tip and diffuser enhances electrical conductivity. To prolong the life of the tip, simply twist it half a turn counter-clockwise when the wear point is reached, exposing a new surface. The thick-walled diffuser design acts as a heat sink, effectively conducting heat away from the arc source. For optimal results, use genuine Tweco® accessories, parts, and consumables.
