The Tweco® Robotics QTRW66 Series 22 deg L Conductor Tube is designed with durability in mind. Its rugged and fully insulated construction ensures long-lasting performance. This water-cooled conductor tube is perfect for welding applications up to 600 A. The outer jacket features a nozzle housing with a thermally conductive insulator that effectively removes heat from the nozzle. To provide insulation, the outer jacket is separated from the inner tube assembly by a teflon sleeve. The conductor tube itself boasts a 3/4" O.D stainless steel seamless tube that is brazed between the copper nozzle housing and the brass crimp ring, providing additional strength to the outer jacket. The inner tube features a brass and copper duplex extrusion, creating a sturdy heat transfer path between the inner tube and jacket assembly. The back end of the conductor tube is made of a stainless steel alloy, adding extra durability. Two stainless steel alignment pins securely hold the conductor tube in place within the torch body, while a stainless steel locking screw further secures it. The water-cooled design allows for efficient water flow through the torch body and conductor tube, effectively cooling the entire assembly. This ensures that the gas diffuser, contact tip, and nozzle remain at optimal temperatures. With its reliable and rigid construction, this conductor tube offers excellent electrical conductivity and cooling capabilities. It also features a standard QTRW54-16 Gas Diffuser that is compatible with threaded 16RS, 16RZ, and 16S series contact tips. The outer jacket of the conductor tube contains a thermally conductive insulator within the nozzle housing to effectively dissipate heat from the nozzle.
