The Tweco® Eliminator® 15' MIG Gun is a reliable air-cooled gun designed for various applications. It is suitable for wire sizes ranging from 0.040 to 0.045. With a current rating of 250 A and equipped with 4 trigger wires, it offers optimal performance. The MIG gun features a Tweco® style rear connection and is constructed with dual springs and rubber strain reliefs on both ends for enhanced durability. Its ergonomic handle reduces operator fatigue, while the extended trigger length minimizes heat radiated to the welder's gloved hand. The split-half handle case allows for easy field repairs, and the mechanical cable connections are also field repairable. Additionally, the MIG gun includes spare trigger leads in Cablehoz®, providing added convenience. Its patented contact tip ensures improved performance through a threaded-free, cam style interface for increased surface contact with the gas diffuser. For maximum flexibility, the Eliminator® is equipped with a ball and socket conductor tube design featuring a three-layer construction of copper tube, silicon resin fiberglass insulator, and a metal jacket. This design enables a wide range of welding applications, including spray transfer and pulse welding modes with straight CO2 or mixed gases. The MIG gun provides additional support and protection with front and rear spring strain relief, cable support, and a durable metal jacketed conductor tube. It also boasts extended life consumables that are patented and compact, and it features a user-friendly ergonomic handle design. Improved features such as dual springs with rubber strain reliefs on both ends of the MIG Gun, a metal jacketed articulating conductor tube as standard, and the option for a fixed locking conductor tube, along with 4 trigger wires, have taken the Eliminator® to new heights.
