The Tweco® Professional No. 4 Classic Series 400 A MIG Gun is a heavy-duty tool designed for semi-automatic welding applications in medium to heavy-duty fabrication. It features a durable oval-shaped handle and a silver-plated trigger. The air-cooled MIG gun has a 15' Lead cable with a Lincoln® style rear connection, which offers excellent wire feedability.
This MIG gun has a 60% duty cycle with CO2 gas and has been fully tested for reliability. It is equipped with a 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube that can swivel a full 360 degrees around the handle for quick replacement. The steel spring strain relief provides support to the Cablehoz® coming out the rear of the handle, minimizing wire feed issues.
The MIG gun also features a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection, allowing for quick and easy connection and disconnection at the wire feeder. Its balanced design, pivoting at the center of the handle, reduces operator fatigue. Plus, it has a gun hanger at the bottom for easy resting when not in use.
The MIG gun offers enhanced direct plug capabilities and is easy to repair. It has 2 ball-point screws to secure the Cablehoz® and conductor tube. With its patent-pending design, it can easily maneuver in various welding positions. The three-layered conductor tube construction ensures durability and enhanced performance.
