The Tweco® Professional No. 4 Classic Series 400 A MIG Gun is a heavy-duty tool designed for industrial applications. It features a durable, high-impact-resistant handle made from a special plastic composition. The oval-shaped handle reduces the amount of grip needed to manipulate the MIG gun position, resulting in less operator fatigue.

With its 60% duty cycle, this air-cooled MIG gun is ideal for semi-automatic welding applications and medium/heavy-duty fabrication. It accommodates wires of size 1/16" and comes with a silver-plated trigger for smooth operation. The 12-foot lead cable offers good wire feedability and has a Miller® style rear connection.

The MIG gun is fully tested and equipped with a 60-degree metal jacket conductor tube that can swivel a full 360 degrees around the handle for quick replacement. It also features a fully insulated Mig-Kwik connection, allowing for quick and easy connection and disconnection at the wire feeder. The Cablehoz® and conductor tube are secured in place with two ball-point screws.

To reduce wire feed issues, the MIG gun has a steel spring strain relief that provides support to the Cablehoz® coming out of the rear of the handle. It also features enhanced direct plug capabilities and is easy to repair thanks to its split-half handle case design.

The patented design of this MIG gun allows for easy maneuvering in various welding positions. It has been an industry standard for over 40 years and offers enhanced performance with its three-layered conductor tube construction.
