The Tweco® Weldskill® 10' MIG Gun is designed to work seamlessly with wire sizes up to 0.045". This air-cooled gun is perfect for applications that require current ratings of 250 A. Its 60-degree metal jacketed conductor tube, with a 3" radius, ensures a smooth and efficient performance. With a strain relief front and rear spring, this gun is built to last. It boasts a high-duty cycle of 60% when used with CO2 gas. The gun's standard 60-degree conductor tube allows for a 360-degree swivel around the handle, making it easy to use and replace without removing the conduit. The Mig-Kwik connection is fully insulated, allowing the user to connect or disconnect seamlessly at the wire feeder. This MIG gun is designed to reduce operator fatigue with its oval handle shape. It is built to withstand heavy-duty industrial applications, with a durable and dependable design. The handle and components are high impact resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance. The gun's three-layer conductor tube construction, consisting of a copper tube, silicon-resin glass insulator, and metal jacket, provides excellent insulation and protection. Additionally, the split-half handle case allows for easy field repairs, specifically for Cablehoz®, without requiring additional connectors. This MIG gun offers improved performance and longer life with its wide selection of front end consumables. It also includes heavy-duty contact tips for high heat applications. The metal jacketed conductor tube, with a 60-degree angle and 3" radius, ensures optimal performance. The gun's front and rear spring strain relief further enhances its durability and longevity.
