OVERVIEW

The Victor® VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty Carbon Dioxide Regulator is designed for applications requiring a constant delivery pressure across a range of decreasing inlet pressures. With a delivery range of 5-125 psig and a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig, this regulator is built to last with its die-forged brass body and spring housing cap. The 2" steel gauges have a 4000 inlet gauge range and a 200 outlet gauge range.

This two-stage regulator offers precise and accurate regulation, making it ideal for applications where changes in delivery pressure can impact work or test results. It features a 320 CGA inlet connection and a CGA 032 5/8"-18 UNF outlet connection, along with a 1.3", 1 3/4" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm for long-lasting service.

Suitable for various medium to high capacity general-purpose applications, this regulator ensures accurate and uniform outlet pressures. With a flow coefficient of 0.082 Cv, an electroless nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter, and a stem-type seat mechanism, this regulator offers maximum flow control. It also includes a Delrin insert bushing and stainless ball for easy adjustment.

Quality assurance is guaranteed with the pretested adjusting spring and precision-machined nozzle for optimal performance. The regulator is equipped with an external self-reseating relief valve and a stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure for sealing.

Measuring at 6 1/2" X 6.13" X 5.63", this regulator surpasses the stated upper range in some cases. It is important to note that it is not designed to protect downstream equipment, therefore no relief valve is needed on VTS 260 Series regulators.
