OVERVIEW

The Victor® VTS 250 Series Two Stage Medium Duty Carbon Dioxide Regulator provides a delivery range of 2 - 40 psig, making it ideal for applications requiring a consistent delivery pressure regardless of changing inlet pressures. With a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig, this regulator boasts a die-forged brass body and spring housing cap for ultimate strength and durability. Equipped with 2" steel gauges, the regulator offers a 4000 inlet gauge range and a 60 outlet gauge range. Its accurate two-stage regulation ensures high operating characteristics, crucial for applications where changes in delivery pressure could impact work or test results. Featuring a 320 CGA inlet connection and CGA 032 5/8"-18 UNF outlet connection, this regulator includes a 1.3" and 1 3/4" fabric-reinforced neoprene diaphragm, guaranteeing precise and long-lasting service. Specifically designed for medium to high capacity general-purpose applications, the two-stage regulator ensures accurate and consistent outlet pressures. Additionally, it comes with an electroless nickel-plated bronze sintered inlet filter and a Delrin insert bushing for smooth adjustments. The regulator is pretested for quality assurance, equipped with an adjusting spring and a precision-machined nozzle for maximum flow control. It also features a stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure for effective sealing and an external self-reseating relief valve. Measuring 6 1/2" x 6.13" x 5.63", this regulator consistently delivers at least the stated upper range and occasionally exceeds it. Note that the VTS 260 Series regulators do not require a relief valve for downstream equipment protection.
