The Victor® ETS4 EDGE™ Series Two Stage High Capacity Hydrogen/Methane Regulator is designed for applications that require precise and constant outlet pressure. With a delivery range of 10 - 200 psig, this regulator offers reliable performance and a compact layout. The built-in gauges are recessed for protection, and the regulator features a forged brass body, zinc-aluminum housing caps, and a high impact ABS gauge guard. The 2.7" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm ensures durability.

This advanced design combines form and functionality, with easy-to-read gauges that have enhanced graphics and color-coded knobs for quick gas identification. The user-friendly architecture includes a side-mounted knob for natural and safe hand/body positioning when adjusting the delivery pressure. The regulator has a single impact point to safeguard critical system elements.

The regulator provides uniform flow performance across a range of cylinder pressures, with high sensitivity and accuracy in delivery pressure. It includes an external self-reseating relief valve, stem type seat mechanism, and nickel plated bronze sintered inlet filter. The color-coded SLAM™ impact absorbing safety knob adds strength, safety, and protection to the regulator internals.

With a five-year warranty, this regulator meets or exceeds industry standards like CGA E-4, UL 252, and ASTM G-175 for promoted ignition test. It features a brass adjusting screw with a forged T-Handle and Delrin insert bushing for durability and easier adjusting. The die forged brass spring housing cap provides greater strength and durability, while the stainless steel diaphragm ensures accurate and long-lasting service. The stainless ball in the key allows for easy adjustment, and the adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance. The regulator also has a sintered inlet filter that is electroless nickel plated bronze, and a precision machined nozzle for optimum flow control.
