This regulator offers a delivery range of 5 - 125 psig and has a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig, ensuring reliable performance. With its forged brass body, zinc-aluminum housing caps, high impact ABS gauge guard, and 2.7" fabric reinforced neoprene diaphragm, this regulator is built to last. The compact layout features built-in gauges that are recessed into the body for protection. The color-coded knobs and easy-to-read gauges with enhanced graphics make gas identification quick and simple. The user-friendly architecture includes a side-mounted knob for natural and safe hand/body positioning when adjusting the delivery pressure. Our regulator is designed to safeguard critical system elements with its single impact point configuration. With a flow coefficient of 0.488 Cv, this regulator delivers uniform flow performance and high sensitivity in delivery pressure over a range of cylinder pressures. It also includes additional features such as an external self-reseating relief valve, stem-type seat mechanism, and nickel-plated bronze sintered inlet filter. The regulator comes with a color-coded SLAM™ impact absorbing safety knob for added strength, safety, and protection of the internals. Measuring 6.85" x 4.72" x 4.4", this regulator is backed by a five-year warranty and meets or exceeds CGA E-4, UL 252, and ASTM G-175 standards. It is built to last with its brass adjusting screw with forged T-Handle, Delrin insert bushing for durability, die-forged brass spring housing cap for greater strength, and stainless steel diaphragm for accurate and long-lasting service. The stainless ball in the key makes adjustment easy, and the adjusting spring is pretested for quality assurance. The precision machined nozzle ensures optimum flow control, and our regulators are guaranteed to deliver at least the stated upper range, if not more.
