The Victor® ESS7 EDGE™ Series Single Stage Extra High Capacity Oxygen Regulator is a reliable and superior quality gas control technology offering a delivery range of 10 - 200 psig. This regulator is designed for high flow applications, such as heavy cutting, and features a forged brass body, stainless steel bolts, and a zinc-aluminum housing cap that has almost twice the yield strength of brass.
With a 540 CGA inlet connection and a 7/8"-14 RH(M) outlet connection, this compact industrial regulator is equipped with 2 1/2" gauges, updated artwork, and a 4000 inlet gauge range and 200 outlet gauge range. The easy-to-read gauges feature enhanced graphics and color-coded knobs for quick gas identification.
The regulator is designed for natural and safe hand/body positioning to adjust the delivery pressure and provides uniform flow performance over various range of cylinder pressures with its 0.488 Cv flow coefficient. It also offers high sensitivity and accuracy in delivery pressure. For added strength, safety, and protection of the regulator internals, it comes with a color-coded SLAM™ impact absorbing safety knob.
This long-lasting regulator meets or exceeds CGA E-4, UL 252 standards and can be used as a replacement for the SR 700 series. Other features include forged brass bodies, a zinc aluminum housing cap, a high impact ABS gauge guard, a stem type seat mechanism, an external self reseating relief valve, and a sintered inlet filter bronze. Additionally, the regulator is equipped with a three-stage crumple zone.
