The Victor® ESS7 EDGE™ Series Single Stage Extra High Capacity Inert Gas Regulator is a reliable and superior quality gas control technology. Designed for high flow applications like heavy cutting, this regulator offers a 10 - 200 psig delivery range. With a maximum inlet pressure of 3000 psig, it is made with a forged brass body, stainless steel bolts, and a zinc-aluminum housing cap that has almost twice the yield strength of brass.
Featuring updated artwork, the regulator has a 2 1/2" gauge with a 4000 inlet gauge range and 400 outlet gauge range. Its compact industrial design ensures easy readability with color-coded knobs that allow for quick gas identification. Additionally, the regulator provides natural and safe hand/body positioning to adjust the delivery pressure.
The regulator's advanced design ensures high sensitivity and accuracy in delivery pressure, with its 0.488 Cv flow coefficient providing uniform flow performance over various cylinder pressures. It also includes a color-coded SLAM™ impact absorbing safety knob for added strength, safety, and protection of the regulator internals.
Meeting or exceeding CGA E-4 and UL 252 standards, this long-lasting regulator is suitable for replacing SR 700 series. Its features include forged brass bodies, zinc aluminum housing cap, high impact ABS gauge guard, stem type seat mechanism, external self-reseating relief valve, sintered inlet filter bronze, and a three-stage crumple zone.
