The ESAB® Purox® 4202 Series Acetylene Cutting Nozzle/Cutting Tip is designed to easily cut through metal up to 1/2" thick. It operates at a gas pressure of 30 - 40 PSIG for cutting oxygen and 5 - 7 PSIG for Propane/Natural Gas. With a cutting speed of 18 - 27 inches per minute and an average kerf width of 0.060 - 0.065", this nozzle/cutting tip delivers precise and efficient cuts. It requires a gas consumption of 55 - 75 CFH for total oxygen and 9 - 12 CFH for Propane/Natural Gas. Featuring 6 preheat holes and a 60" drill cutting, it is ideal for beveling and general-purpose applications. This medium pre-heat nozzle provides sufficient preheat for beveling purposes.
