The ENDURO-FLEX one-step finishing discs are engineered to meet and exceed the challenges faced by the metal fabricating and finishing industry every day. Featuring a new ultra sharp and refined zirconium grain, these discs maintain their sharpness for longer periods while effectively removing material at a faster rate. The special top coat ensures continuous cooling and lubrication, resulting in a smooth and vibration-free grinding and sanding experience from start to finish. Unlike other discs, the ENDURO-FLEX disc can be restored to its original performance by reducing the diameter of the ECO-TRIM backing, eliminating the need for disc replacement when the flap overhang is worn down. The Eco-Trim™ trimmable backing extends the lifespan of the disc up to three times, providing a cost-effective solution. Designed to fit all standard grinder back flanges, the raised hub ensures compatibility. Trimming the disc is safe and easy, and it features an integral thread of 5/8"-11" for convenient attachment.
